It's always a pleasure celebrating Canada Day. This is a time for unity from all, for perspective and reflection as a country. Canada has come a long way since its independence; growth has been exponential. We have grown as a country with a diverse array of people from different ethnic groups, different cultures, and religions. We have learned to coexist by respecting each person's choice and allowing them the free will to make those choices. So, this year Canada is celebrating 150 years of blissful independence. Happy Canada Day
Of course, with this time of celebration comes decoration. If you have read this blog before you'll realize that I am in love with doing tablescapes. So, this occasion is no different. I decided to pop into the Dollar Tree and Dollarama to pick up party favors and accessories that complement my Canada Day Tablescape. I already owned the dishes and the stemware. Dollar Tree purchased the water glasses.
